What I have done:

At 8:30 am I began entering FSU forms for the Ain el-Gedida excavations into their database. I finished at 11:35 am.

At 11:35 am I began entering photograph information forms for the Ain el-Gedida excavations into the their database. I finished today's portion at 3:00 pm.

At 3:00 pm I began digitizing a backlogged day drawings of Room 2 in Area 1 from the 2005 Amheida season. I finished at 4:20 pm.

At 4:50 pm I began digitizing a backlogged day drawing of Room 3 in Area 1.3 from the 2005 Amheida season. I finished at 5:45 pm.

At 5:45 pm I began digitizing a backlogged day drawing of Room 1 in Area 1.3 from the 2005 Amheida season. I was not able to finish because the power went out at 6:00 pm and did not come back on until after dinner.

What I have learned:

Today I tried using Monica Hellström's Wacom input tablet. While there is a slight learning curve, with practice this should help make my digitizing a bit more efficient.

Problems I have found:

The power is consistently going out while I am in the middle of digitizing a site plan. This is more frustrating than it is a problem, I simply must compulsively save my work throughout the day.
